Pricing questions

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch back to the Free plan whenever you like, from your domain’s plan page. Changes take effect immediately and we re-sync your mailbox count and storage quota for you.

Every plan is billed monthly in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and excludes applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree — we never see or store your card details.

Nothing is lost. Limits are enforced per connected domain — once a domain reaches its daily send cap, further sends are paused until the cap resets at midnight (India / IST). We surface an upgrade nudge well before you get there, at around 80% of the cap.

Paid plans are prepaid monthly and you can cancel — switch back to Free — at any time to stop future charges. Full details are in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
